The direct channel is a Developer ID signed, notarised build sold outside the Mac App Store, for the teams an App Store subscription cannot invoice, self-hosted GitLab teams who buy with a purchase order and seats. Reading is free everywhere, on every channel, forever: this page is only about unlocking replying, reacting, resolving and approving.

One short text file. Paddle, the merchant of record, mails it to the address you buy with, and installing it is a paste into Settings > Plan > Install licence… It is a signed statement, not a login: once installed it works completely offline, on a plane, on a locked-down network, anywhere. It carries your name, which is what stops it being copied around quietly: you will see it every time you open Settings, and so will anyone you hand it to.
Seats on a team licence are contractual, not enforced: the app does not count how many machines a licence file has been installed on. That is a deliberate trade, the alternative is machine binding or a phone-home activation check, and this project does neither. Buy the seats your team actually has, the same way you would buy any other software the honest way.
Purchases are handled by Paddle as merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment, issues the invoice in your company's name, charges and remits VAT or sales tax where it applies, and mails the licence file. It is the seller on your receipt; ForgeMD never sees a card number.
This link is not live yet: the Paddle account is being opened, and checkout starts here the moment it exists. Nothing on this page collects a card number, an email address, or anything else, and nothing here runs a script or reaches a third-party service: checkout happens on Paddle's own page, and the app itself contacts no commerce service on this channel either.
